CHF 149 is the total payable for the first annual Founding Member term, with no added platform fee. Organisation prices exclude VAT where applicable. No payment before acceptance and activation; no automatic renewal during the founding phase. Premium tickets, travel, third-party costs and the Hub are separate.

TRUST CHARTER
These principles guide the founding phase. Complete membership and data-protection terms are provided before any paid acceptance.
Every profile field should be able to remain private, member-only or public.
Directory, marketing, introduction, media and partner sharing are never bundled.
Profiles, emails and contact details are never sold or rented.
Directory exports and unsolicited commercial outreach are prohibited.
A logo, testimonial, case study, photo or video requires separate approval.
Admission, Builder status, moderation and conflicts are reviewed by people.
Anyone may decline an introduction or withdraw a permission.
Membership means no guaranteed client, funding, deal or event seat.

The FAQ is deliberately precise about what is live, staged, separate or not guaranteed.
Public discovery is live. Founding memberships, profiles and introduction workflows are opening in stages through manual onboarding. An authenticated workspace account is not proof of accepted paid membership.
Founders, operators, experts, mentors, investors, companies and institutions aligned with rigor, transparency, collaboration and responsible innovation may apply. Acceptance is based on written criteria and human review.
Agartha first checks relevance and possible conflicts, then shares a minimal request with the recipient. Contact details are revealed only after both parties consent. Either party may decline without justification.
No. Agartha does not sell member profiles or contact data. Directory visibility, marketing, introductions, media and partner sharing require separate, purpose-specific choices.
No. Membership grants the stated access and request rights only. It does not guarantee an introduction, event seat, client, investment, partnership, sale or outcome.
No. Community is the digital identity and coordination layer. Physical Hub access, rooms, residences and premium programs are separate and will be offered only when the flagship becomes operational.
No. Builder is an earned status reviewed by people after a documented contribution. The Member fee still applies, but there is no additional cash upgrade and no automatic expert label or public score.
Agartha reviews the request, confirms eligibility, scope and active benefits, then issues the relevant terms. No founding membership fee is due before acceptance and activation.
