PRIVATE EOI · PUBLIC-PRIVATE CONSORTIUM · GREATER GENEVA

Let’s build the Agartha Hub flagship.

Agartha is opening an exploratory dialogue with property owners, public bodies, investors, operators, corporates, educators, technology partners and communities capable of turning a third-place concept into durable infrastructure.

FLAGSHIP JOURNEYDiscover. Learn. Build. Live.

An asset-light Hub Lab first. A permanent flagship after demand, site, governance and funding have been validated.

THE THESIS

Four functions rarely connected in one journey.

The Hub connects market access for physical and digital products, learning and convening, hands-on venture incubation and temporary talent accommodation. Each layer must create value of its own and feed the others.

The property programme, floor areas and CAPEX are not presented as fixed. They will be shaped by the Hub Lab, demand evidence, site feasibility and partner dialogue.

GENEVA ADDITIONALITY

Agartha Hub is not intended to replace Geneva’s existing incubators, research infrastructures or public and specialist support programmes. It complements the ecosystem by connecting market validation, education, corporate experimentation, incubation and temporary residency.

The ambition is to develop referral, co-programming and reciprocal visibility mechanisms with qualified actors. FONGIT, Trust Village and universities are cited as ecosystem references, not confirmed partners.

EIGHT TRACKS

Each partner brings a different part of the system.

An organisation may respond alone, across several tracks or as part of a consortium. In-kind contributions must be valued and evidenced separately from cash.

A

Institutional & public

Territorial alignment, facilitation, programmes, letters of support and public-value outcomes.

B

Site, real estate & housing

Existing buildings, long leases, build-to-suit options, founder accommodation and operations.

C

Capital & finance

Equity, debt, guarantees, catalytic capital, grants and blended-finance structuring.

D

Anchor corporates & operators

Multi-year demand, innovation programmes, events, expertise and operating capabilities.

E

Education, incubation & ecosystem

Courses, research, referrals, venture programmes, certification, mentors and talent.

F

Marketplace & experience

Products, pop-ups, retail operations, payments, logistics, food, culture and activations.

G

Technology & sustainable infrastructure

Smart building, AV, connectivity, AI, cybersecurity, energy and circular fit-out.

H

Media, community & impact

Audience, inclusion, scholarships, storytelling, international networks and measurement.

FINANCEABLE MODEL

Separate the asset, operations and mission.

This indicative architecture will be adapted to the partners, the site and legal and tax advice.

PROPCO

Real-estate asset

Site, acquisition or long lease, heavy works and property debt.

OPCO

Operations

Marketplace, Academy, events, memberships, incubation and partnerships.

MISSION

Public-value programmes

Inclusion, scholarships, accessible learning and impact, only if a dedicated vehicle is justified.

RESIDENCE

Qualified operator

Accommodation contracts and operations kept separate from incubation.

FUNDING PATHWAYS · ELIGIBILITY TO CONFIRM

Fund eligible evidence and missions — never assume the building is funded.

Every route requires its own consortium, budget, timetable, legal basis and eligible scope. These references are neither an agreement nor funding advice.
